Key Responsibilities::

- Filing, copying, faxing, answer phones, mail distribution
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Troubleshoot Copy Machine, Scanner, Phones to ensure Office is running smoothly
- Assist with miscellaneous projects

Requirements:

- No prior experience required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service & teamwork skills
- Strong organizational & planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Personal initiative
- Flexibility



Compensation and Benefits:


Pay rate is $35-40 per hour


Steady Full-time/ Part-time work.
