Overview:

Stewarding Supervisor
The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for performing all phases of kitchen cleaning to maintain safe and sanitary conditions while under the Steward's supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with scheduling of employees and ensuring correct staffing levels and adjustments are made in accordance with guest and business volume needs

• Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the food preparation area

• Responsible for inventory of stewarding items and ensuring storage areas are clean and organized

• Compliance with all government regulations and sanitation guidelines

• Ensuring equipment is maintained properly and report any problems to appropriate staff

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience required

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects

• Communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Minimum age is 18 years old
