POSITION SUMMARY
The position is responsible for monitoring the performance of slot machines, activity, and conditions of casino slot areas ensuring all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to:
a. Clean - Keep all areas clean and pristine.
b. Safe - Follow all safety policies and procedures.

d. Fun - Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
2. Verify jackpots, make hopper fills, and fill out paperwork pertaining to them
3. Perform minor repair to slot machines.
4. Handle customer relations and minor disputes.
5. Responsible for regular and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
6. Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including but not limited to, resolving minor guest disputes and assist in ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.
7. Knowledge of all special events and promotional activities available to guest. 8. Other duties as assigned.
MARGINAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Push in empty slot chairs.
Pick up empty glassware and clean ashtrays.
Clean around slot machines.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The position is responsible to the Slot Supervisor for successful performance of assigned duties.

Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, the following:

Hand held radio

Slot office, exposed to electricity. Casino environment exposed to various temperatures, smoke, dust and fumes, bright lights, and excessive noise levels. May include boat and/or floating barge. High rise hotel and atrium. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Use of stairs, elevators, and / or escalators.
ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
1. Ability to work shifts as scheduled.
2. Knowledge of basic slot machine functions.
3. Ability to read simple instructions.
4. Ability to do some troubleshooting
5. Ability to perform simple math
6. Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors.
7. Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations.
8. Good communication skills.
9. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Zero to two years' experience in casino slot experience preferred. Must be able to complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS
Ability to obtain and hold a Louisiana Responsible Vendor's card. Must be able to obtain and hold a valid gaming license. Ability to obtain and hold any and all licenses, certifications, insurance coverage or any other indemnifications which may be required by the company for the successful completion of the duties associated with this position.
