Summary: Timekeeping for several accounts, also reconcile, calculate, process invoices; work with Project Managers to deliver invoices to customers and ensure payment is received and cash is applied. In addition, assists in pursuing due and delinquent customer payments. Ensures the accurate and timely reconciling, calculating and processing of invoices.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with Project Managers and site personnel to receive all timesheets and billing tickets in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit accurate payroll for processing.
Prepare and submit accurate invoices. Respond to customer inquiries.
Price labor and material tickets according to contract and job set-up.
Read and understand Contract / P.O. - follow all contract requirements, waivers, etc.
Work with other department manager to ensure the capture of all possible revenue.
Work with collections and cash app to ensure payment and proper cash applications.
Write up and issue client credits where needed following proper protocol.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure all costs are included in the billing process.
Work with Billing Team to ensure the capture of all possible revenue.
Initiates both verbal and written contact with identified customers
Prepare and distribute account statements for customers
Troubleshoots and keeps track of outstanding payment issues and generates weekly aging reports.
Conducts account research, analysis, and problem resolution of the company's outstanding accounts and the application of payments

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
Prior accounting experience and understanding of common business practices.
Experience in construction related field a plus.
Must be PC proficient and strong experience with MS Office and Excel and other large, automated accounting systems.
