Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Pat Williams Construction located in Lake Charles, LA. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The Superintendent will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
