MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Six months of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Appropriate certification, as required by the state. Current and valid first aid and CPR certification. Demonstrated ability to communicate politely and effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff. Meet state-related requirements (if applicable to the position). Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player. Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and residents. Possess excellent customer and organizational skills.
