Build capability by defining and implementing a standardized set of tools to manage manufacturing execution and implementation of lean principles. Assure the site adopts & embeds the defined standards and best practices as defined, developed and established within the framework. Drive Continuous Improvement and Productivity Savings Projects. Identify, charter and lead improvement projects; deliver results; and ensure improvements are sustained post implementation. Quantify and monetize the impact of improvements. Use problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships to engage and influence individuals at all levels of an organization. Provide tactical and strategic leadership to train and develop others. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field 10 years' experience in an Operations or Continuous Improvement role.
