Job Details

Lead engineering problem solving and process improvement projects that involve various teams within the organization including maintenance, operations, supply chain, procurement, EHS, and finance. Develop and implement project scopes ranging from small operational improvements to large capital investments. Work with production and process engineers with new technology projects and new product scale up and commissioning. Collaborate with finance and commercial teams for economic and sustainability initiatives. Provide coaching to operational team members on different methods and tools to analyze data, identify issues, and guide process improvements. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in engineering discipline (Chemical preferred)Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing industry.
