This is the first of five levels in the Human Services series. Incumbents determine client eligibility for assigned programs. Responsibilities may include compiling and reviewing financial data; determining eligibility for services based on established guidelines; promoting service offerings; completing an initial assessment of client needs; creating and maintaining files; compiling statistics and preparing reports; and performing related clerical duties.
