Responsible for all aspects of the site (location, branch) operations, including safety, staffing, and customer service functions, working in conjunction with the Sales and Supply Chain teams.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, employees, regulatory agencies, or the business community. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, vendors, employees, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, volume, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle multiple variables. Ability to work in a matrix environment.
The physical demands include talking or hearing regularly, sitting and using hands frequently, standing, walking, reaching occasionally, and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. Noise level is usually moderate.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field.
Preferred 5-10 years in site/branch operations or industrial gas industry, or equivalent education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of industrial gas products and applications, knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing, and training in Safety and Compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA).
Valid State Driver's License and Hazardous Materials training.
