Northrop Grumman is looking for a Final Assembly Inspector to inspect mechanical final assembly installations of the aircraft such as fuselage, wings, flaps, landing gears, and tail assemblies. Inspects systems such as hydraulic, pneumatic, oil, heat, and brakes. Visually and physically inspects electrical installations. Rechecks work after adjustment or repair. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Maintains necessary inspection logs and writes inspection reports.

Responsibilities for Final Assembly Inspector 3
• Perform buy back inspections of work performed IAW local procedures
• Perform daily Factory Accountability Audits
• Maintain Freezer/refrigerator audit cards
• Other duties as assigned
• Work overtime when required

Basic Qualifications for Final Assembly Inspector 3
• Previous Inspector background
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications for Final Assembly Inspector 3
• Previous Inspector background
• Previous MES experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings

Per Diem only offered to those candidates living outside a 50 mile radius of the work location.

Per Diem will be paid in accordance with rates published on the GSA website for the work location.
