The ideal candidate will possess in-depth experience in performance engineering, capable of analyzing and optimizing application performance across varying architectures. This role involves close collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient applications.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Playwright-based functional test suites and LoadRunner performance test strategies.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and optimization.Analyze application performance, identifying bottlenecks and collaborating on solutions for tuning and enhancement.Mentor teams on performance best practices and contribute to the development of testing frameworks and utilities.Stay updated with industry trends in performance testing and engineering, driving innovation within the team.Must-Have Skills:Playwright – String hands-on experience on TypeScript based Playwright functional AutomationLoadRunner – Strong hands-on 5 years experience with LoadRunner (DevWeb/TrueClient protocols preferred)Performance Engineering – End-to-end experience in performance testing, analysis, and optimizationNode.js or Java – Solid programming 5 years experience in either Node.js or Java, with the ability to understand and optimize application performanceABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
