What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to member inquiries, escalating to appropriate personnel as needed
• Research and resolve member calls/inquiries in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Document calls in a customer relationship management (CRM) solution and update CRM history with inquiry results
• Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to address customer service issues
• Conduct outbound calls to members as directed by customer needs or business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service or telephone experience
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
• Proficient in computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• More than 6 months of customer service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browsers
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and follow written and oral directions
