Job Details

  • Start date: 02/02
  • Job type & location: Contract to Hire, Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid/Remote)
  • Schedule: MonSat or SunFri shifts; start times between 11:00?am1:30?pm EST. Must be available to work either every Saturday or every Sunday.
  • Pay range: $19.50??$19.50 per hour

Training & Onboarding
  • Training schedule: 9:00?am5:30?pm (MonFri) EST, 15 working days (11 days trainer?led, 4 days field exercises)
  • After training, a two?week nesting period on?site with daily hour debriefs and supervisor guidance.
  • Post?nesting: continue on?site role and maintain satisfactory performance & attendance.

Work Environment
  • 100% remote with an office near the local Training Hub in Sandy Springs, GA (must reside within 60?mi).
  • Ethernet connection required; minimum 50?Mbps download, 25?Mbps upload.
  • Setup workstation within 812?ft of modem/router; use provided cable and two ports.
  • Desk space: ? two monitors, a phone, keyboard & mouse. Workspace must be free of distractions.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets.
  • Provide account information, perform basic account transactions, and route members to appropriate departments.
  • Provide account balances, review transactions, and handle complex account transactions such as shutdowns and stop?payments.
  • Transfer funds among member and business accounts, open new accounts, and enroll members in online/mobile banking.
  • Order debit cards, handle related inquiries, and submit disputes for unauthorized electronic checks.
  • Manage and release direct deposits as required.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal & written communication, professional phone voice.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time?management and decision?making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
