Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Medical Biller to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in the efficient management of insurance collections, ensuring timely reimbursement for services rendered. This role involves working with denials, sending appeals, and communicating effectively with clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Collections:
  • Manage and work on denied claims.
  • Prepare and send appeals to insurance companies.
  • Make follow-up calls on outstanding claims.

• Client Communication:
  • Communicate with clients regarding documentation and information needed to prevent reimbursement delays.
  • Assist with incoming calls from patients and clients, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.

• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with supervisors to escalate complex issues or unresolved claims.
  • Participate in cross-training for additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
