Landry's - - Responsibilities: Responsible for all breakdown, feed, catch and proper sorting of all china, silverware, and glassware as it is brought to the Dish Room; Wash pots and pans and properly sort and store them on the pot shelves; Sweep and mop all floors; Polish silver, glass and brass in all outlets as needed; Clean and maintain dish machines in all outlets
