Remote Customer Service Representative

Call Control, LLC is a family-owned business operated primarily out of Tilghman Island, Maryland. Our team members across the country provide unparalleled customer service to our automotive clients and their customers. Our Remote Customer Service Representatives have personalities that shine through on the phone, and love making an impact with every customer interaction.

Working as a Remote Customer Service Representative you will:

• Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbound calls.
• Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers.
• Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals.
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.

• Typing speed of 35 Words Per Minute
• High-speed internet
• A compatible wired headset
• Pass all computer system requirements
• Previous customer service experience is required
