We also offer a variety of development programs, flexible work hours, and family-friendly benefits to all employees:Responsibilities of an ITP Clinical Social Worker can look like:Complete all notes in the prescribed timelineComply with all regulationsDevelop and coordinate therapeutic program services on the behavioral health program unit.Educate patients and families on signs and symptoms of illness to prevent re-hospitalization and improve disease management skills.Ensure the clinic operates within all regulationsProvide social service functions in the behavioral healthcare setting, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management to patients and families.Provide the best possible patient careServe as a resource person to healthcare professionals concerning psycho-social problems and community resources.Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.RequirementsEducation: master's degree in social work from an accredited graduate school of social work requiredLicensure: LISW in IA *If offered this position, ITP will pay for an Iowa License.Certification: Must meet any applicable Iowa certification standards required#J-18808-Ljbffr
