Overview MLU Services LLC is looking for a Quality Control Maintenance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on trailers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mobile homes and travel trailers.Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on mobile homes and travel trailersKnowledge in working with water, sewer, and electricalEnsure all work is completed in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain accurate records of all work performedCommunicate with customers regarding repairs and maintenanceAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelinesQualifications Strong knowledge of mobile homes and travel trailersAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficientlyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEducation and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred2 years of experience working as a maintenance inspector preferredValid driver's licenseProfessional communication skills both verbal & writtenCertifications OSHA 30 (General Industry or Construction Safety)OSHA 10 (General Industry or Construction Safety)Physical Demands Ability to lift over 50 poundsAbility to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of timeAbility to work in a variety of weather conditionsLocation: Will be based in Texas and must be willing to travel to other states for disasters.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
