About this Position. The Port of Lake Charles is seeking applicants for the position of Information Technology Technical Support Specialist 1-2-3. This is a full-time Civil Service position. Duties include, but are not limited to, administering and maintaining the information technology/computer network systems for the Port; installing computer networks; monitoring exchange servers; and providing technical support to over 100 employee users. Strong skills in Internet Technology troubleshooting are preferred.
