Include: - Serve as quick responders to our customers in the designated geographical area. - Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and locate mechanical deficiencies on Heavy Equipment as assigned by the branch manager. - Proper use of diagnostic equipment. - Determine extent of necessary repairs including identifying major powertrain overhaul needs. - Prepare orders for required services. Source and order parts as needed. - Repair and/or replace all components of diesel engines, hydraulic, air conditioning, electrical, and suspension systems, drive trains, steering, braking, material handling, operator comfort systems, and other functions as necessary to bring machine up to operating status. - Update manager and customer on any obstacles that come up during the repair process. - Assist branch manager in managing WIP and properly billing customers. - Report back to branch manager any issues with a customer that is prohibiting our ability to provide world class services. - Develop trust and ...Branch Manager, Technical, Mechanical, Powertrain, Construction, Healthcare
