Join a team that values accuracy, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Location: Westlake, LASchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay: Starting at $21.35 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesExecute inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within SAPResearch, identify, and resolve inventory discrepanciesAssist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory auditsReconcile system inventory to physical inventoryMonitor inventory accuracy and investigate variancesMaintain inventory-related records and documentationPartner with operations team members to resolve inventory issues and support warehouse efficiencyEnsure compliance with inventory control processes and proceduresFollow all safety, quality, and operational standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer proficiencyAbility to learn SAP and customer inventory management systemsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to frequently bend, reach, and perform warehouse-related tasksPreferredExperience in inventory control, warehouse administration, receiving, or logistics operationsExperience working with SAP or similar inventory management systemsKnowledge of inventory reconciliation and inventory accuracy processesPrevious warehouse experienceWork EnvironmentNon-temperature-controlled warehouse environmentCombination of computer-based and warehouse-floor responsibilitiesRegular interaction with inventory management systems and warehouse personnelFast-paced operation with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and customer satisfactionRole PurposeVerify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL. Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports. Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.Key AccountabilitiesReconcile and data entry into customer's system of record and the WM System.Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or Equivalent1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode systemWorking experience with cycle count and inventory controlKnowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or TopexWorking knowledge of SAP inventoryOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
